In the midst of meeting/photographing strangers that quickly become friends, which is totally awesome in its own right, we occasionally get the chance to document precious chapters of our oldest and dearest friends’ lives. It is a crazy special honor for us. Matt has known the papa in this little family for Zack’s entire life and they were raised together more like cousins than friends. In fact, you might recognize Zack from other shoots we’ve done, including his own engagement and his brother Jake’s wedding (the first wedding we ever shot). This family means SO MUCH to us and to be having/raising children at the same time as them is just about as good as it gets. This blog post is unique in that we’re sharing their sweet fog-filled maternity session AND their cuddly little newborn session all at once (our backed-up blogging schedule is for once working in our favor 😉 ) And wait until you lay your eyes upon the heart-melting little Madison!
